Our centre is located on the site of Chailey Heritage Foundation site in Chailey, East Sussex.
Enter the main car park entrance from Haywards Heath Road and head to the right hand side of the parking area. Follow the small road down the incline.
You will go past the Dream Centre on your left. As you head down the slope, you will see our building at the bottom on the left.
Please do NOT enter via the Lewes Road (through the entrance marked NHS Clinical Services/ Chailey Heritage) as the site operates a one way system only. This means you will end up driving around the entire perimeter which will bring you back to the main front entrance off Haywards Heath Road anyway.
You can park anywhere around our building (front, side and rear) unless signposted otherwise. The fenced area of parking is for NHS staff only.
