Our services

We help children aged 0-5 with cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments make the best possible start in life – and give families the support and skills to continue their development at home.

Our early intervention services run all year round and enable parents to see the potential their child has and also helps them to engage with and actively play with their child.  Our innovative and essential early intervention services follow the principles of Conductive Education. Sessions are delivered in partnership with parents to support their child to develop physically, socially and emotionally, forming the bedrock of the independence they can achieve later in life.

We provide hands on active sessions, outreach support in the home, and access to a parent support network.  Children also have access to assistive technology, such as white boards, tablets and 'magic carpet.' We have a dedicated sensory room with bubble tubes, fibre optics and soft furniture which parents are welcome to use.  We offer additional sessions such as messy play, music therapy, swimming and sensory sessions which all support the development of the child.

No formal diagnosis or referral is required and families are welcome to drop into our Centre and talk to our staff, who can support them in taking the next step to helping their child. Our Centre is open year round and services are provided at no charge to our families.

Our work, which is rooted in Conductive Education, celebrates the children we work with – no matter their ability – and shows parents and the wider world everything they can do.
