School Carol Concert raises funds for our Charity

Senior students and staff from Lewes Old Grammar School staged their annual Christmas Carol concert last week.  This year funds raised on the evening are being donated to Dame Vera Lynn Children's Charity.

Pupils aged 7-13 years of age took part in the event together with a rendition of 'Walking in a Winter Wonderland' by Claire Martin OBE, a music patron of the school, professional jazz singer and BBC Radio 4 presenter.

Dame Vera's daughter and Vice-President of our Charity, Virginia Lewis-Jones was guest of honour at the concert.   We would like to thank everyone involved for all their support.
