Sussex-based Business Management Consultancy, Business Pulse, raised an amazing £4,000 for Dame Vera Lynn Children's Charity at their corporate networking event on Friday 25th May.
The event was held in the wonderful setting of the Sussex Roof Garden suite at Goodwood racecourse on a glorious sunny day. The event was organised by Nasser Elaheebocus, a long time supporter and Business Ambassador of our Charity. Guests enjoyed lunch and a performance of jazz songs by Susan Fleet, accompanied by her pianist, Michael Hinton, followed by an afternoon of racing and a raffle to raise funds.
The event was attended by the Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex, John Nelson, CBE, who kindly gave an introduction and Ann Wenn, whose son Sebbie attended Dame Vera Lynn Children's Charity, who spoke about the difference the Charity has made to their lives and the positive impact it has had on Sebbie.
We would like to say a huge thankyou to Nass for his continued support and everyone involved in making the day such a success and raising such a large sum of money for our Charity. This will make such a difference to all the families and children who use our services.
