We are delighted to announce that we have recently entered into a legal services contract with Enable Law (a leading disability law firm).
Enable law will be providing a legal support service to DVLCC and the families it supports by offering timely and accessible legal advice via an advice line on a wide range of issues including;
- Local authority care and support
- NHS Continuing Care
- NHS Provision generally
- Educational matters
- Disabled facilities grants
- Welfare benefits and capacity
- and Court of protection issues
This free service is designed to help families navigate the complex legal framework surrounding access to community care (Local Authority and NHS provision and support), Education matters, Disabled facilities grants, Welfare benefits and Capacity and Court of Protection issues.
