Following an unexpectedly early start in life, where his parents were often concerned for his future, he defied the odds and grew from strength to strength. He survived, but still faced many challenges. His parents struggled to find the support they needed to help their little boy. Then they learned about Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity and at 13 months old Brooks and his family began to get the specialist support they needed. It changed their lives.

All of these therapies; physiotherapy, speech and language, music therapy, home play and swimming and more are provided free of charge to children just like Brooks.

Over the last year we have supported over 70 children with Cerebral Palsy or other motor learning impairments. We want to help more, but to do that we need your help.
