We are currently seeking a Conductive Education Conductor to join our team!

Full time (37 hours per week) to work in expanding Charity in West Sussex, England.  Working alongside a team to provide early intervention for children aged 0-5 with cerebral palsy and other motor delays.

We are seeking someone to join the existing team providing a unique mix of traditional conductive education and a fresh modern child lead approach.  Using Conductive Education as the basis for all practice in 1-2-1 and group sessions, sensory and messy play, music therapy and swimming.  Ensuring the whole family receive the support and guidance they need.

The Charity is currently at a very exciting time, we have experienced a really rapid growth in the number of children accessing services and are looking for a creative, experienced Conductor to join the team.  Salary £28,000, 30 days Annual Leave.

Vacancy for Outreach Support Worker

We are looking for someone with a Level 3 early years qualification and 3+ years' experience in working with very young children (under 5 years of age) with Cerebral Palsy and other motor learning disorders.

You will work alongside our Head of Service, Conductor/s and Executive Manager to deliver an Outreach programme with a range of parent support services as well as support out Conductive Education early intervention sessions. You will support families in their homes with parenting issues such as behaviour, early years development, benefits and general support alongside supporting the Conductor/s to creat a learning environment that is appropriate, stimulating and addresses all areas of the childs learning whilst focusing on developing each child's functional skills.

You will also be involved in providing support in other early learning settings such as nurseries, as well as helping with a child's transition to full-time school.  

Salary £23,000 Full-time (and based on experience)
